Shipping Policy

Processing We pack and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery times Metro areas receive orders within 1 to 5 business days from dispatch. Regional and remote addresses may take a little longer. If you'd like a more accurate ETA for your postcode, get in touch before you order and we'll let you know.

Shipping costs Calculated at checkout based on weight, size and destination. Free shipping applies automatically on orders over $100.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Damaged on arrival If anything turns up damaged, send us photos of the product and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it quickly.

Lost in transit In the rare case a package goes missing, we'll work with the carrier directly to track it down or send a replacement.

Where we ship We currently ship within Australia only.
